Register now for our two day Crown Certificate in Foundation Barista Skills course

Gain practical café skills from this enjoyable, interesting course run over two consecutive Friday afternoons.

Enrol in both Course A and B and gain the Crown Certificate in Foundation Barista Skills.  
Fee: $250 (current 80 Anzac students $225)
 
Course A: Coffee Extraction and the Perfect Espresso (1 day)
Alternate Friday afternoons, 1:00 – 5:00 pm
Fee: $150 (current 80 Anzac students $125)

  • Preparation and presentation of the following beverages, including quality control, speed of production and time management:
    • Long Black, Short Black, Americano,
    • Floater Coffees, Milkshakes
    • Tea (herbal and black)
  • History of coffee production and origins of different coffee beans (part 1)

Course B: The Art of Milk Stretching and Pouring Coffee (1 day)

Alternate Friday afternoons, 1:00 – 5:00 pm

Fee: $150 (current 80 Anzac students $125)

  • Preparation and presentation of the following beverages, including quality control, speed of production and time management:
    • Latté, Flat White
    • Cappuccino, Mocaccino
    • Macchiato
  • History of coffee production and origins of different coffee beans (part 2)
