Course B: The Art of Milk Stretching and Pouring Coffee (1 day)
Alternate Friday afternoons, 1:00 – 5:00 pm
Fee: $150 (current 80 Anzac students $125)
- Preparation and presentation of the following beverages, including quality control, speed of production and time management:
- Latté, Flat White
- Cappuccino, Mocaccino
- Macchiato
- History of coffee production and origins of different coffee beans (part 2)
