From Beginner to Support Worker: Sharmaine’s Journey
When Sharmaine Faith Reyes began her Level 4 Health and Wellbeing programme, she had no prior experience in the healthcare industry. What she did have, however, was determination and a clear goal to build a meaningful career in New Zealand’s health sector.
