Graduates will have the skills and expertise to start in the Travel Industry and immediately contribute to their chosen organisation. You will learn the fundamentals of Amadeus, one of the most widely used reservations systems in the travel. The course covers selling and marketing skills, customer service, world geography, cruising & airline terminology. You will also visit tourist facilities such as Auckland International Airport, Maritime Museum, and cruise ship facilities.
Face to face in a classroom setting, with elements of blended online learning.
Students who successfully complete one year of study will be eligible to apply for an exclusive internship with Disney! This is a limited-seat opportunity, only a select few will be chosen to experience the magic of working with one of the world’s most iconic companies.
Gain practical experience with Amadeus & Virtual Travel Office (VTO).
● Real World industry site visits & guest speakers.
● Introduction to flight attending workshop taught in our aircraft cabin training area.
This course also covers 4 hours of real world experience
Students are assessed through a mixture of written assessments, presentations and practical role plays.
